Pinned extension render bug: pinned extensions are floating on the web page

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

So basically sometimes (not always) when I have a browser session my pinned extension are bugging into the web page content.

I had this issue on Windows and Fedora btw.

It can be fixed manually by resizing the sidebar.

Expected behavior

They should not be rendered in the first place.

Actual behavior

Rendered on the web page.

Steps to reproduce

To be honest, I am not quite sure how this happens. It is not happening always.
