Call smp_uart_init after sometime of application start

Hello all,

There is one SYS_INIT for smp_uart_init(). I want to call smp_uart_init after sometime of the application code is started or after such a condition occurs in the application code.
How can I use smp_uart_init call it from the application code?

please help me do such an implementation.
