Add Multistate Input/Output support

The esp-zigbee-sdk will soon add support for Multistate I/O and ESP Arduino Zigbee library is prepared for that. It would be nice if support can be added to HA. I was testing just by manually reading the attributes and worked fine.

@P-R-O-C-H-Y Can you maybe add multistate input/output examples or others test? Perhaps even image for ESP32-H2/ESP32-C6?

PS: For reference, it looks like @prairiesnpr updated the cluster handlers for MultistateInput as part of the initial #197 PR or?

Multistate was stripped from #197, there are changes that will have to happen in the zigpy db to support it.

Hi, I have uploaded newest binaries for ESP32C6 with 8MB flash compiled with Multistate input/output example. You can download them here (link to my cloud).

You can find the example sketch in this PR which will be merged soon.
I have removed the custom arrays for now, only number of states attribute is supported. What can be nice is that HA can recognize the states texts from the Cluster specification by the selected Application type.

I did connect it again to HA to check if there was any progress, I can just say that it still works and I can read all attributes manually. So adding the support may not be such a big deal when the arrays gets supported if that's an issue.
