Adds a log system && requirements file + Update README.md

Hello,
I made a few small improvements that I think could be helpful for users and contributors:

• Added logging:
  I integrated a logging system that records important events (like login attempts, successes, and errors) into dedicated log files.
• Updated the README:
  I added some details to the README to explain how the logging works,.
• Added a requirements.txt file:
  This makes it easier to install the necessary dependencies with a single command (pip install -r requirements.txt).
