This PR updates the Phoenix tracing documentation to clearly describe the supported endpoint formats for different Phoenix deployments (Spaces-based Cloud, Legacy Cloud, Old Cloud, and Local). It adds a simplified section to help users quickly identify and configure the correct endpoint without altering the existing examples.
