v1.0.0: Release with C support!

This release adds enhances support for C compilers. This is somewhat like an API change, so the "major" version number has gone up - I jumped straight from v0.1.0 to v1.0.0.

Here's a changelog:

• Change all .hpp extensions to .h extensions. This also respects the Arduino library format more.
