Update scripts

• New slightly reworked scripts for cosima and revan: Prep_cosima_pointsource.py, Prep_cosima_ring.py, Prep_revan_pointsource.py, Prep_revan_ring.py (see readme for instructions).
• By default, produce compressed output files (-z option for cosima). Analysis script has been updated to read in compressed files as well.
• Option to put revan output files in a separate directory. Symlinks to the .sim files are created automatically.
• Use --oi option in revan to retain true energy and direction. Use this information if available rather than reconstructing the source position from the filename in the analysis scripts.
• Increased number of digits in some of the text output files.
