Bay12 has using gcc 11 for DF Linux builds for some time, and the reason we were using gcc 10 in the first place was for compatiibility with Ubuntu LTS 20.04 which EOLed in April, so this is overdue
The next change here will be to gcc 13 when Ubuntu LTS 22.04 EOLs in April 2027
