- fixes: Custom Update Needed Triggers not operating as expected #2795
* Improved validation for update_needed_triggers_options to ensure it is not empty before processing.
* Added checks to ensure decoded options are an array before sanitization.
* Cleaned up whitespace for better code readability in update-required.php.
