  • IIVM model: Added a subgroups option to adapt to cases with and without the subgroups of always-takers and never-takers (see also DoubleML/doubleml-for-py#96)
  • Update requirements, especially DoubleML>=0.2.2 as the API changed due to the subgroups feature for the IIVM models
  • Update the readme and especially the references to the accepted DoubleML-Serverless paper https://doi.org/10.1145/3447545.3451181 and the DoubleML paper which is now available on arXiv https://arxiv.org/abs/2104.03220
