[WPF] Calcite integration

Description

Added the dotnet calcite toolkit to the WPF sample viewer. Some issues have been solved by modifying the toolkit itself, notably the issue with the results of the Load Report sample not binding to the ListView. These fixes will not apply until a new release of the toolkit has been published, but please do mention anything you find in the meantime in case it is unaddressed.

Known Issues

• The report results in the Load Report sample do not binding to the ListView
  • This has been addressed in the toolkit, pending a new release
• Text rendering too small
  • This has been addressed in the toolkit, pending a new release
• The favorites icons now use a star outline rather than a filled in star
  • The filled star icon was not packaged with the latest calcite toolkit build
  • The temporary fix to change to the normal star icon has broken the in-sample favorites button
