I have updated the Indonesian (id_ID) academic titles list ($suffix) to be more comprehensive based on the latest higher education standards.

Changes:

• Added Applied Bachelor (D4 / Sarjana Terapan) titles (e.g., S.Tr.Kom, S.Tr.T, S.S.T).
• Added missing Bachelor (S1) titles (e.g., S.Hum, S.Stat, S.Ds).
• Sorted the list alphabetically for better readability.
• Ensured no prefixes (like Ir., Drs., dr.) are included in this suffix list, as they belong in $titleMale / $titleFemale.
