Adding support for Xen on x86 (32bit and 64bit)

Description

The FreeRTOS port to run on Xen on x86 family processor. It is intendented to run on physical hardware running Xen in both PVH and HVM.

Test Steps

Build FreeRTOS Xen port using Makefile in the respective Demo directory
Confirm successful compilation and execution from the Demo directory over Xen using xl tool chain

Checklist:

  • I have tested my changes. No regression in existing tests.
  • I have modified and/or added unit-tests to cover the code changes in this Pull Request.

Thank you for your contribution! However, I believe your demo project and port are better suited for the Parter Supported repositories. You can read more about the process here https://github.com/FreeRTOS/FreeRTOS-Kernel-Partner-Supported-Ports/blob/main/README.md. I'll discuss this contribution internally to determine if we want to officially support it.
