This PR removes the cruxShopifyThemes report that is no longer needed following a data refactor. The underlying queries are now efficient enough to be run ad-hoc, eliminating the need for a pre-computed report.
- Removed the
report_cwv_by_shopify_theme.jsfile which generated Core Web Vitals metrics aggregated by Shopify theme
