Segfaults during linking.

Error when compiling sys-libs/efivar-38 with LTO:

collect2: fatal error: ld terminated with signal 11 [Segmentation fault], core dumped

It works for me with sys-libs/efivar *FLAGS-=-flto*

I also had to make this change, locally. works for me
