I made this little script for wrapping individual characters in quotes and separating them with commas. I wanted it because I needed a big list of emojis and I didn't want to manually wrap each one in quote marks.
It does have trouble with some emojis but it generally seems to work well. I am pretty green so feel free to ignore this request if something is not up to par.
