문제 및 풀이과정

숫자 변환하기
소요 시간 : ???분

최적해는 없는 것 같아서 너비 우선 탐색으로 풀었습니다. 다행히 시간 초과는 발생하지 않았씁니다.
해당 값을 찾으면 너비 우선 탐색이므로 그게 가장 적은 횟수로 값을 달성한 것이기 때문에 바로 count를 리턴해주고
끝까지 찾지 못하면 -1을 리턴해주는 방식을 사용했습니다.
