Context
When using vtkjs as an npm dependency, too much dependencies (including their own dependencies) are installed.
Changes
Moved
worker-loader,shader-loader,stream-browserifyand@babel/runtimeto devDependencies.Those dependencies are build related and therefore belongs to devDependencies.
PR and Code Checklist

package-lock.jsonas it's often considered as a sensible file, but I can if needed.
