The implementation of the IncSAR model from the paper "IncSAR: A Dual Fusion Incremental Learning Framework for SAR Target Recognition" (2025) by Karantaidis et al. has been added. To support the dual-branch functionality and fusion modality of the model, a _train_incsar function was introduced in trainer.py. Additionally, a new file incsar.py was added to the backbone folder to implement our sar-cnn network.
