This PR fixes broken Viem documentation links by removing the .html extension from URLs. The Viem documentation site no longer uses .html extensions in their URLs, causing 404 errors when users click these links.

Why didn't you accepted my PR first? I have sent this PR first and he may be copied or fixed more but either should inform me or given me time for that or Merged this PR first.

I have identified the problems first and sent this PR, but you have merged the copied PR. it's not fair to do like that. why open source the unless you treat it honesty, I have spent time to fix this not like others who copy from the first and get accepted.
