In a TemplateBinding, the TemplateParameterSubstitution must reference a TemplateParameter of the instanciated template element.
When using a TemplateBinding, all the substitutions must refer to a_TemplateParameter_ of the target element.

This error can be caused by a faulty macro or module. Ask the developer to fix the macro or module.

Remove the TemplateParameterSubstitution referencing other TemplateParameters with a macro.

Delete the TemplateBinding and rebuild it. Use the ‘Element’ properties tab on the TemplateBinding to set parameter substitutions.
