This is an experiment based on #40, where the separate heartbeat threat has been replaced with a very low (0.03%) probability that any given worker will share work if given the opportunity.
The performance is surprisingly good, but that's mostly because the test workloads use very find-grained tasks. This will probably not perform well on more coarse-grained tasks.
