@sbidoul @simahawk : Can one of you can look at this ReadMe PR and merge it if everything is ok? Thank you.
P.S. I created new files in md but did not convert all ReadMe files in md so maybe this will cause a problem?

Thank you. Can you tell me if the fact I have md files and rst files in the readme will cause problem?
If the answer is yes, can you help me and do whatever it needs to be done to correct it?

Not sure which one of both will be used for generating the composed README.rst. I would say the .md one, but indeed one of them can be out, and if you prefer .md for simpler syntax, just choose that one.
