implemented a Currency Converter in C++ using OOP principles.
adds multi-currency conversion, quick rate updates, and console interface under Src/Currency_Converter/.
Classes use clear and meaningful names, and structure follows best practices.
Closes #4 (Implements Feature: C++ Currency Converter)
