feat: changes in sections

Description

#28 There is an enhancement in the solidity code so that it can display an error when we are not adding the work in the list and still enabling the function.

Semver Changes

• Patch (bug fix, no new features)
• Minor (new features, no breaking changes)
• Major (breaking changes)

Issues

When there is no task added in the list and still enabling the function will give a error and same at the time of vice-versa.
