This PR makes it so that
nox -s checkgets run in CI, and fixes several failures mostly associated with broken links.There is also a
check_thoroughlyNox session which checks broken internal and external links (akin tonox -s linkcheckin PlasmaPy's primary repository). There are a few xfails for that, including some from missing or null (None) links in the affiliated packages template.
