Using `dropLast` causes subsequent array accesses to return the wrong data. For example `arguments[1]` returned the original value `--file` instead of the file path itself. Changing to explicit positioning resolved this problem. Also added `--anchorage` to the Usage output.

I saw there was Anchorage "support" but short of hard coding it, no way to enable it. Appending a trailing
--anchoragewill now toggle the anchoring mode.Requires 41 to merge first.
