This function is intended to help debug DER encodings (with some non-DER forgiveness: constructed, indefinite-length method allowed with BER) by printing a dump of the decoded data to stdout. The output format closely mirrors that of the `asn1parse` command (in indentation mode with `-i`) from OpenSSL.
