LauncherSetup now will download https://segs.io/launcher_version.json and extract the list of newer versions + the release notes list LauncherSetup emits newVersionAvailable signal when newer version is available, and provides latest_version and changelogs properties Launcher exposes current version as 'version' property
Add a few sanity checks to version json parsing
