The steps to prepare a physical drive for backups was missing instructions to mount the drive on the server. This has been added.

Drives are mounted automatically (in the background) as the first step of each Create Backup process, then unmounted when complete. |

Yes, I thought this would be the case however the drive would never be recognised as an option when trying to make a backup to an external drive.§ |
