Purpose of this pull request

This pull request is to add information about the multi-child orgs for log search.

The rbac behavior is not documented.
To control the access of parent org user in child org, Child Org admin can change the role and rbac for that parent user in child org.
There is a mapping between parent user in parent org and parent org user in child org.
