Changing or inspecting the password in the database do not seems to me too polished.

Any idea to only change the password when it is necessary?

I think it would be better to use the LDAP users and groups for this, and remove the admin user.

I thought it was better to have a user in case something needs to be done while the LDAP connection does not work. But anyway I do not found how to delete the admin user automatically without doing it touching the database.

I'm not sure if we have to remove adminuser or not, both opinions have pros and cons. But in case admin user should be deleted, maybe you can use the grafana API? https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/developers/http_api/admin/#delete-global-user
