Purpose of this PR
Postprocessing and templates jobs are set to run weekly. Since we removed the auto editor priming dependency, and always rely on the latest editor instead (PR), the yamato jobs are essentially always reused if no new commit is pushed.
This PR sets the yamato jobs to rerun:
alwaysso that each week the whole pipeline is rerun against the latest editor.
