Media library UI updates with clean up

UI updates and minor refactoring for media library supporting pinned search.

• SVG clean up - removed inline SVG's and replaced with const ICONS <use> pattern.
• Modal clean up and simplification.
  • Simplified modal to use native with .show() and .close() browser features.
  • Removed modal maneger
• Updated toast alerts to better match da-live alerts.
• Onboarding screen UI update/clean up.
• Media view side nav UI updates/clean up.
• Search UI updates.
  • Still needs a little work but is starting to feel better IMO.
• Pin search bug fix for duplicate pins.
• Remove double scroll bars on media grid view page.
