chore: Remove more dead dependencies

Closes

Removes fs-extra in favour of native fs
Moves prettier to where it is actually required
Removes build, prop-types, @babel/plugin-syntax-decorators, @babel/plugin-syntax-import-assertions, @storybook/addon-actions, @storybook/addon-controls, axe-core, core-js, lfcdn, raf, wsrun, they're unused or covered by something else
Updates dompurify, cross-spawn, @actions/core to remove duplicates or avoid bad versions
