Known issue on macOS < 10.15 (Mojave or lower): reading from device will give an "unknown error" (see #428).

• Added variables that can be used in the save path for better organization (click on the '?' button next to the path field to see available options)
  • You can now provide paths like /Users/airsquared/Blobs/${DeviceIdentifier}/${MajorVersion}/${FullVersionString} and blobsaver will automatically swap in the actual values
