Add push, pull and fetch features

This is a very basic implementation of #7, with the following limitations:

• Doesn't deal with conflicts.
• The user that starts git-webui must have access to the remote repository (I have tried only with an ssh key).
• It doesn't deal with multiple remotes. But it should not be too hard to add.
