Multiple folder workspaces, Zed schema updates

Adds fix for multiple folder workspaces along with @HarshNarayanJha fixes for Zed schema changes

@HarshNarayanJha I found that the Zed schema for workspaces updated, and by the time I found your personal fork with similar changes, I had create my own fix which accounts for multiple folder workspaces. I've merged your change from your fork too so making this PR

I don't use multiple folders in a workspace, so I never happen to know the delimiter (and never implemented this). Sorry for my ignorance.

I don't know why @ManuelSchneid3r hasn't merged the Initial PR yet.

@HarshNarayanJha because we are in a transition from a monorepo to separate plugin repos with automated releases and reviews. I have to figure out how things should work to get a streamline for the process and like to build some conventions around contributions. As you saw it's cumbersome to make it convenient for maintainers and contributors.

@ManuelSchneid3r, I appreciate the work it'll take to streamline everything and get these things working. I've updated my plugins to the latest API.

Also, a big thanks for all the hard work on the new Albert version. The new APIs look promising!

P.S. I'm also planning to package my plugins for AUR, if possible (I don't see any Albert plugins on AUR currently).
