Completed the chat interface challenge as per the given requirements.

Implemented real-time message updates using WebSockets.
Organized the component structure for easy scalability.
Added a README with setup instructions, assumptions, and usage notes.

Technical decisions:

Chose WebSockets for real-time message updates to ensure low latency.
Utilized React's hooks for managing component state efficiently.
