Summary

Update Go version from 1.20 to 1.24 in the healthcheck module
Upgrade Testify testing framework from v1.9.0 to v1.11.1

Changes

Runtime: Upgraded Go version to 1.24 for improved performance and access to latest language features
Testing: Updated Testify dependency to latest stable version (v1.11.1) for enhanced testing capabilities
