docs: update html_context with PyAnsys tags

This PR updates the html_context in doc/source/conf.py with PyAnsys tags.

Tags added: Structures

The update merges tags into existing html_context configuration without affecting other settings.

Changes:

• Merged pyansys_tags to html_context
• Preserved all existing html_context settings
