The PATCH part of the semver are not synced up.

Yes, that's due to a misunderstanding between me and GitHub's release mechanisms.

This used to be required for the Spack CI job to run. May have changed ofc, but are you sure?

Also, versions after v0.10.0 should be added here (good to see they have been made!).
