This PR updates the IP addresses for the cobalt hosted Azure Linux 3 infrastructure components following a migration to properly configured static IPs. The old temporary IP addresses are replaced with permanent static IPs across three machines.
- Server IP updated from 10.57.32.95 to 10.57.32.77
- Client IP updated from 10.57.32.96 to 10.57.32.76
- Database IP updated from 10.57.32.94 to 10.57.32.101

Update cobalt hosted azure linux 3 IP addresses
These IPs got updated recently due to static IP setup not being complete, these are the now properly setup static IPs.
