removed android quirks section in readme.md, its no longer required.

Thanks :) I think it's good to merge, cause I installed this plugin today and it worked well without this section... I'm not sure if it is needed on old Android devices.. |

I find that without the Androidmanifest change my app crashes on startup. So it would appear the quirks are still needed? Likewise the custom change to the App.java too... |
