Bug Fix : Closes the Issue #1551
Issue : After uploading the translation file in the WebApp, the translations are applied correctly on the Register page, but were not on the Search page.
Steps to reproduce :
1.Log in to the WebApp.
2.Upload the translation file for the application.
3.Click on the DEA and Click on the register observe that translation is applied correctly.
4.On the Homepage
Fix: Some of the text were not wrapped with the translation from react and some text which were fetched from server had wrong mapping for translation
