Description of changes:
There are few issues with this packaging script that are not trivial to resolve. One of which being that the resulting uber wheel file does not work properly in some cases on executors in a Glue Spark environment. A new method for packaging will likely be added in the future. For now, we are removing this script to deter users from using it.
