This PR fixes the below error, using Terraform version 0.14.7 and aws provider version v3.31.0

Error: Unsupported block type

  on cis_baseline_infrastructure.tf line 236, in resource "aws_subnet" "CIS_Private_Subnets":
 236:   tags {

Blocks of type "tags" are not expected here. Did you mean to define argument
"tags"? If so, use the equals sign to assign it a value.
