This exposes
aws_logger_set_log_levelfor use in aws-crt-python viaio.set_log_level(). This will allow customers to change the loglevel of logs after they have created a logger.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
