Hey Joe - can you add the AWS S3 Explorer to your bucket. AWS S3 Explorer: https://github.com/awslabs/aws-js-s3-explorer - this gives you a “Browse bucket” link where folks can view your dataset and walk the bucket right from their web browser. You can see an example with NOAA NEXRAD (https://registry.opendata.aws/noaa-nexrad/) and look for Browse Bucket. Right now you have it as a TO DO but that breaks the build so I can't merge your yaml |

Description of changes:
Add ERA5 Cloud Optimized (Zarr + Icechunk) dataset — a restructured version of the NSF NCAR ERA5 reanalysis, hosted by Earthmover. This version reformats the data from NetCDF4 into cloud-native Zarr with Icechunk indexing for more efficient, scalable access.
