Issue Tracking
We use GitHub Issues for our issue-tracking needs. Please follow the following guidelines.
Since GitHub does not support dependency natively, we use the following convention. For issues that block other issues, please add a comment stating "BLOCKS #issue" where #issue is the issue number of the issue blocked. Conversely, if an issue depends on another issue, add a comment stating "DEPENDS ON #issue". After adding a comment like this, make sure that the issue linked contains the other corresponding comment as well. For multiple-issue dependency/blocking, ensure that each dependency or block is listed in a separate comment.
Also, you may wish to use the RELATED or DUPLICATE keywords as well when those are necessary.
A release is blocked by all of the issues belonging to its corresponding milestone. No release will be made if issues still exist within the milestone. If an issue must be moved in order to expedite release, add a comment stating why the issue must be bumped to the following milestone.
